RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION
One thing outstanding in the research and publication business of ADARE Advocates is the Auda’s Index to the Laws of Tanzania from 1920 Onwards. This Index lists and arranges in chorological, alphabetical, subject-matter and chapter orders all the laws passed in Tanzania from 1920 to the present.
CONSULTANCY
Through its Constitutional, Statutory and Customary Law Consultancy Unit (COSCULACU), ADARE Advocates has published 14 different law books and 2 literature books and authored a number of articles which have been published in academic and professional journals. It has issued publications almost on all areas of statutory, constitutional and customary laws applicable in Tanzania Mainland.
AUDA'S INDEX
The first edition of the Auda’s Index was published in 2009 accounting for every Tanzanian piece of legislation enacted from 1920 to 2008. The Index contains also an account of the Tanganyika Orders in Council, Constitute Assembly Acts and all instruments above ordinary legislation- mainly constitutions for Tanzania throughout her life.
ADARE ADVOCATES, formerly known as AUDA & COMPANY ADVOCATES, is a firm of advocates, notaries public and commissioners for oaths based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It was formed in June, 2003 and from there it has been in business non-stop.
