ADARE Advocates is made of tens of servants. It has two full time committed lawyers who are engaged in its day-to day businesses. These are Advocate Audax Kahendaguza Vedasto- the Firm’s Founder and Advocate George Vedasto, an advocate who was groomed by and grew up with the Firm.

The other permanent personnel of the Firm are Mrs Edda Kahendaguza for an IT part of the Firm and Mr. Henry Karugila who is in-charge of the general organization and co-ordination of the business of the Firm. An addition to these persons is a chain of part-time staff and independent consultants who are working with the Firm on a work to work basis. They are being consulted and engaged whenever the Firm gets involved in a work which calls for their expertise or input of any kind, and this happens frequently.

Audax is the founder and Advocate In-Charge of the Firm. He is an advocate of the Court of Appeal of Tanzania, the High Court of Tanzania and the courts subordinate thereto and also an Advocate who has handled some cases in the East African Court of Justice. His life in the law businesses started in 1995 when he joined the University of Dar es Salaam for an LL.B degree course. However, his active part in the law businesses can be said to have commenced in April 2000 when he joined the Judiciary of Tanzania as a Resident Magistrate and also as a Law Assistant to the High Court and Court of Appeal of Tanzania. After a year of practice as a law assistant, he left the headquarters of the judiciary mid 2001 and joined the Tabora Resident Magistrates Court as a Resident Magistrate. He worked also as the Deputy Chairman of the then Tabora Region Housing Tribunal. Later in 2003 he resigned from the judicial bench and opted for a judicial bar where he was admitted as an Advocate and immediately thereafter formed the Auda & Company Advocates which has survived non-stop from that point, with the only change so far being that of name- from Auda & Co. Advocates to ADARE Advocates.  It was in the same year that he completed his Master of Laws degree Course (LL.M) in Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and Legal Systems at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM).

In course of practice, Audax has handled cases almost on all areas; he has handled uncountable insurance cases, banking cases, labour cases, land cases, corporate cases, mineral cases, constitutional cases, probate and administration cases, family cases, criminal cases, to mention but few.
